mtvU's Campus Rep Program wants actual college students to be part of the channel. As an mtvU rep you will have direct involvement in marketing the mtvU network and brand experience to your campus.

So are you looking for a cool internship? Do you need some invaluable job experience but don’t feel like buying a stodgy new wardrobe?

You could work with the Marketing team and learn about branding, promotions, events, ad sales, trade marketing and overall strategic marketing vision for the network.

You could help the Affiliate Relations/Distribution team maintain the relationships with the 720+ colleges and universities mtvU broadcasts to each day.

Or you could work with Production and get a first-hand look at creating TV programming by assisting producers in the studio, in the office, and in the field.

Got mad computer/web skills? You could work with mtvU.com and help bring all the videos, contests, and events to colleges and universities across America.

Candidate Eligibility:
· Students must be registered for an internship for academic credit with their college or university, and must provide official documentation upon acceptance of this internship.

· Open to college upperclassmen (juniors/seniors) and eligible sophomores.

· Must be available at least 2 full days a week for a minimum of 10 weeks (no weekends).

· The Program runs during the Spring, Summer and Fall semesters.

· Application dates for resume submissions are rolling, except Summer - cut off date for resume submission is April 1.

· Online applicants must be web savvy and have knowledge of html.
