On mtvU: Student Bodies
 

 


When it comes to getting and staying in shape, everyone could use a little outside motivation. This season of mtvU's Student Bodies hooks up two teams of two students from Southern University with ROTC personal trainers and faces them off in a little friendly competition to see who can best improve their physical fitness. mtvU viewers monitor each student's progress through web updates, photos and more, while picking up tips they can apply to their own fitness goals and submitting photos of their own progress to mtvU.com. In the end, the team that shows the most improvement over the course of 6 weeks will win a trip to mtvU's Spring Break 2008.
