Attention Boston-area students! We’re coming your way May 1st with our first -ever MTV Information Day: Boston.

This is your chance to learn about career opportunities, pitch your show ideas, meet one-on-one with MTV executives (including the President of MTV), and to get the inside scoop on everything the network has to offer. From interns to executives, MTV employs the top creative minds in all fields across many disciplines including research, press, marketing, programming and of course media creation, and now we’re looking forward to meeting the best and brightest in Boston.

MTV is seeking top Boston-area students and recent graduates for the following positions and opportunities. Submit your applications below for a chance to meet with MTV Executives in Boston on May 1, 2012 to further discuss these MTV opportunities.
 

PITCH OPPORTUNITY:

This is an opportunity to have your ideas heard by development executives at MTV. Any college student or recent college graduate can submit their ideas, following the creative network guidelines. Please download the Submission Release and follow these Pitch Guidelines (a sample pitch is included for your reference.) Email your competed pitch and signed Submission Release to pitches@mtvu.com by Wednesday, April 25th.
 

MTV SUMMER FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM:

The MTV Summer Fellowship Program is a newly created initiative that aims to provide recent college graduates (or soon to be college graduates) with opportunities throughout the MTV organization. This 10-week paid program will attract the best and brightest talent with interest in multiple disciplines that encompass everything from business development and strategy to programming and creative development. Ideal candidates will have exceptional verbal and written communication and collaboration skills. The Summer Fellowship Program will complement the existing internships currently available to college students, deepening MTV’s connection with its audience while helping to identify future network talent. MTV INTERNSHIP:

The MTV Intern Program is an unpaid internship opportunity providing rising college students with work experience in various disciplines for academic credit with your college or university for any given semester. Find out all the details and apply right here.
