Letoya took a quick break from her promo run and planning her new video “She Aint Got” to sit down in the mtvU Hot Seat and answers our questions.
1. Tell us about your craziest touring experience.
LeToya: I’m on tour with Mary J Blige – the Breakthrough Experience Tour – and I forget the entire second verse of “She Don’t”!! It totally slipped my mind! So I hummed.
2. What type of college class would you’d most want to take and why?
LeToya: Business and Marketing for sure. As a young entrepreneur it is important now more than ever to have a Plan A, B, C. I want to know the inner workings from top to bottom. Yes I can hire people, but how can I be sure they are on point if, I myself don’t know how it’s done.
3. What city in America is the most fun to visit and why?
LeToya: Miami. There is something special in the air – it’s fun, great food, great vibe
4. What’s some of the best advice you were ever given?
LeToya: “What’s stopping you” - when I was unsure about my future direction – the best advice I was given was “Think! What’s stopping YOU from moving forward with my dreams, my career.”

LeToya: The Shack – it will change your life

LeToya: Michael Jackson – it was awesome!

LeToya: My cell phone, lap top and my Lady Love Kissable Couture Lip Gloss
9. Who are your major musical influences?
LeToya: Prince and Yolanda Adams
