New videos from Doe Paoro, Novelette, O’Brother, Sanders Bohlke and The Franklin Electric are up for a spot in rotation this week. Who should we add?

Doe Paoro

“Born Whole”

Brooklyn’s Doe Paoro merges elements of pop, dubstep, electro and r&b with vocal training she received in Lhamo in the Himalayas. The resulting sound has a flavor all it’s own.

“Younger Hands”

Led by 21 year old singer/songwriter Cara Salimando, Brooklyn’s Novelette just released their latest debut LP Everything Is Happening Now last month.

Here’s some angsty post-rock and an impressive Ernest Hemingway look-alike from Atlanta’s O’Brother.

Sanders Bohlke

After honing his craft at the University of Mississippi Sanders Bohlke debuted with a well-received folk album. In his subsequent releases Bohlke has gone on to put the ‘rock’ in folk rock with his evolving sound.

The Franklin Electric

“This Is How I Let You Down”

Montreal’s The Franklin Electric call themselves an ‘indie folk-pop-brass collective.’ Their 2013 debut This Is How I Let You Down did so well they’re now recording a series of orchestral remixes of it.
