There comes a time in every college student’s life when dropping out of school and becoming a bag lady with feline friends seems far more appealing than studying for a midterm or writing a paper. (Don’t worry, no cats for me—yet.) Hopefully you too have resisted that urge, but if you feel your lucidity slipping at 2 a.m., I suggest reviving yourself with the following music videos. There’s a little old, a little new, and a lot of spicy fun.
Here are my top 10 favorite videos, my “sanity soundtrack,” that has kept me energized during those all-nighters and helped me procrastinate far too often (which of course means they are fantastic).
I dedicate these to the graduating class of 2011—congratulations on surviving college and making it to the real world. Next stop: retirement!
