These videos have made my Deans list because all the artists on my list are my Ultimate Favorites, from up and coming artists to Hip Hop house hold names, each song on the playlist has been played at least 200 times on my iPod and the videos go perfectly with the songs. I love finding unknown artists and always knew that Santogold, Chromeo, Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Peter Bjorn and John were going to be forces to be reckoned with. I wanted to pick a diverse Deans List because I am a Brooklyn girl at heart. Brooklyn is one of the biggest melting pots in the world and I wanted my list to reflect my hometown. These artists have crossed the boundaries by saying “I am not defined by my genre”.
